I no longer have a W10 computer but if I did I would still have retained at least one W7 machine. Something like this HP i3 laptop upon which I am typing would probably be fine or you could probably pickup a W7 equipped tower for well under £100 S/H.Or: The Native Instruments KA6 satisfies your spec' except it has co-ax S/PDIF but the electrical to optical converters are pretty cheap and since they are jus hex switches they cannot impact on sound quality.
