Michael Thurmond Infinite Menu Planner

You need to go to the book store and buy the Michael Thurmond 6-Day Body Make Over, it has all kinds of recipes in it and it goes hand-in-hand with the full blown program. In 10 days I lost 20 pounds and 1-1/2 inches off my hips.

I stayed on the diet for 6 weeks and lost a total of 32 pounds. I went off the diet when my Mom died and when I was ready to get started again two months later, I had only gained back 6 pounds. I probably have another 60 pounds to lose and I will never use another diet. If you eat ALL of the food you will lose. You might also go online and take the body type test to make sure you are using the right program for your body type.

(Online is much easier than trying to figure it out from the program.). I tried the 6-Week Body Makeover and it worked wonders, even without following it to the T. I have tried every single diet imaginable (Nutrisyste, Weight watchers, Atkins, etc etc etc) and this has been the ONLY that has helped me reach my goal in a short amount of time. I lost 20 pounds in a month.

And even though I stopped dieting about 4 months ago, I haven't gained the wight back. I still have to lose 20 more pounds but I have to admit that eating healthy is very difficult for me.

However, this plan does work if you commit to it. I am a 22 year old security guard, working at a regular security shack position, IE, sitting on my tail for 11 hours near straight, after seeing thier commercial on TV I decided to look into it. My results have me less than encouraged, stories of down right unacceptable Customer service such as rude and even THREATENING agents who may order more products (with totals running up to 500$) without your consent and even giving your card number to scam groups like MWI.

So here is some advice for those who are more accepting of comments from 'one time' internet posters and guest posters (yes I am aware of the irony) who say this program worked miracles for them. For those who hate to read here is a run down on my points. Take EVERYTHING people say on TV and the internet with a grain of salt, unless you know this person well. Provida, the company associated with Six Week, is known for having horrible customer service agents who.

Recharge for additional kits B. Ignore requests to stop sending 'free' vitamin samples C. Are rude and even threaten customers D. Sell your CC numbers to scam groups like MWI who further charge 3. The program may work for some, but will you pay over a hundred dollars for a system that may not even work for you.

Remember to take anything and everything anyone and everyone says with a grain of salt. I won't (unlike others) assume that you did something wrong since you did not have success on the program.

I didn't follow you around for 6 weeks making sure you did the program exactly as perscribed; however, I did his 6 day bodymakeover about a year ago and lost 5lbs in one week. I'm only 5'4 and at the time I went from 148 lbs to 143 lbs in 6 days!!! Yes, it's true! I kept it off and lost more weight since then by continuing to eat healthy.

Well, I ate a lot of junk over the holidays, so I plan on doing his 6 day bodymakeover again to shed some extra pounds and kick start my metabolism. Are you sure you followed the eating plan w/o cheating? Are you sure you followed the program according to your body type? Did you do at least the min. Amount of excercise?

If you did follow the program to a T and didn't loose any weight then you should of been able to get your money back. I DON'T believe Michael Thurmond's diet plan is a scam. Me and my sister had different body types and we both found that it worked for us. I lost 22lbs in the six weeks with eating plan C. My sister lost 14lbs in the 6 weeks and I don't remember her body type. In reality, any eating plan that offers protein, low calories, low fat, low sodium and six small meals a day is bound to help you lose some weight.

Especially if you're used to a high calorie and high fat diet. It's keeping the weight off that most people will have trouble with. The 6WBM may not offer all that it promises for all people, but it's not a scam. If you did not lose even a pound you may need to reevaluate what is causing your weight gain. See a doctor. Then you CHEATED. I find it impossible to follow this plan and not lose a considerable amount of weight. If this system didn't work no system will work for you. Obviously no diet plan will work for you kind of people. My guess would be that you are overweight and can't eat the proper food to make the program work, which is a must. Futher you are obviously very lazy and can't find 30 minutes a day to walk or do the prescribed workout. It is not the program that is a failure it is YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Binocam drivers for mac. I find you to be very narrow minded. Many people can not loose weight due to a medical problem that doctors do not detect due to our lousy health care system. I tried for 25 years every diet and have always eaten very healthy and did lots of exercise and still could not loose much weight. Many people said the way I eat healthy and all the exercise I do I should be a skeleton.

No doctor could find a medical problem because our insurance system does allow a doctor to spend enough time or run the proper tests to find the problem. I finally went to a holistic doctor with no insurance involved and found an underlying thyroid problem and over production of insulin that caused the problem. With the proper supplements to correct the problem, I have now lost more weight in 4 months than I did in 2 years of exericsing 2 hours a day 6 times a week. I now only do 45 to 60 minutes of exercise 5x a week. These people are not failures it is our medical system that is the failure.
